A selection of my carved pumpkins from the 2016 season, all made by drawing on the pumpkin's surface and then shaving away the orange skin to reveal the white pith of the gourd, and then illuminated with a 120W bulb.

A collection of sculpted cakes I've done in recent years. Most are made of cake, buttercream, rice crispy treat, and fondant painted with edible dyes and powders.
A collection of pumpkins I made for the Louisville Jack O'Lantern Spectacular in 2015. The image is drawn and painted with inks before highlights carved away. These are illuminated with a bulb and are placed along a trail in the woods. There are around 130 at any given time made by a team of artists from the community. In about a week the pumpkin will rot and need replacing, though some can last for up to a month. Surrounding the intricate drawings are thousands of unique jack-o'lantern faces all arranged by theme and music.
Cupcakes, single-serve cakes, cakepops.
